At ShunyoLabs, we want you to love your stickers. Because our products are custom-made, we keep our refund and return policy simple and fair.

1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., typos in custom text)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a printing defect

  • Is different from what you ordered

To request this, please:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

4. Lost or Delayed Orders
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first.

  • If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.

5. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
