Returns & Refunds policy

Every sticker and item is packed with care. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • Accepted within [7–14 days] of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Sticker-specific note

Due to the nature of stickers:

  • Minor alignment or cut variations can happen

  • Colors may slightly differ depending on your screen


These are not considered defects, but actual issues (damaged, misprinted) are fully covered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

  • Limited drop items marked as final sale

  • Custom or made-to-order designs (if applicable)

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or wrong:

  • Send us a message with photos

  • We’ll fix it properly, no runaround

Return shipping

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • OR we cover it if the issue is on our end
